Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 15th August 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between:

  • IAPL Institute Private Limited, incorporated in India and registered at 157, 1st Floor, Camp Sadar Bazar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380004, India, and
  • IAPL Professional Learning – FZCO, incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates,
  • (collectively referred to as “the Institute”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the individual user (“User”, “Student”, “Member”, or “you”), governing your access to and use of:
  • • The official website www.iapl.institute and any subdomains (the “Website”), and
  • • The Institute’s Learning Management System (“LMS”) available at www.iapl.institute/studentportal, including mobile applications, portals, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, registering, or using the Website or LMS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of all services.

2. Definitions

  • “Material” means all content, including text, images, audio, video, graphics, notes, eBooks, teacher manuals, lectures, assessments, downloadable resources, software, trademarks, and service marks available on the Website or LMS.
  • “Course” refers to any online or offline educational programme, module, or training resource delivered through the Platform.
  • “User” / “Student” means any individual who accesses or registers on the Website or LMS.
  • “Services” means the educational, training, and related services provided by the Institute through the Website or LMS.

3. Eligibility

  • • You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
  • • If under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.
  • • You must have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

4. Registration & Account Security

  • • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
  • • Accounts are non-transferable without written consent of the Institute.
  • • Unauthorized use or suspected fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Fees, Payments & Taxes

  • • All fees are payable in advance unless a written payment plan is agreed upon.
  • UAE Students: Fees are quoted in AED; VAT applies as per UAE law; bank/payment gateway charges are borne by the student.
  • Non-UAE Students: Fees may be quoted in INR, USD, or other currencies; conversion charges and related fees are the student’s responsibility.
  • • Payments are processed securely through approved gateways such as Telr, Stripe, Razorpay, or bank transfer.
  • • Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
  • • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
  • • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and policies and rules
  • • The Institute is not responsible for unauthorized payments made to third parties.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@iapl.institute within 24 hours of enrollment.
  • • Student can cancel their requested services within 24 hours. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
  • • No refund will be granted if:
    • • More than 10% of course content has been accessed, or
    • • The course has been completed or a certificate issued.
  • • Approved refunds will be processed within 14–45 working days, net of administrative, banking, or payment gateway charges.
  • • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  • • Refunds are at the Institute’s sole discretion in cases of suspected abuse.

7. Course Access & Use of Material

  • • Course access is time-bound and non-transferable.
  • • Materials are provided solely for personal educational use.
  • • Users must not copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit the Materials commercially.
  • • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution will result in termination of access and possible legal action.

8. Student Conduct

  • You agree not to:
  • • Engage in plagiarism, cheating, or academic misconduct.
  • • Upload viruses, offensive, illegal, or defamatory content.
  • • Harass, abuse, or threaten staff, faculty, or other students.
  • • Infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

Violation may result in suspension, permanent ban, or legal action, without refund.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • • All Materials on the Website and LMS are the property of the Institute or its licensors.
  • • Students are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal learning use only.
  • • Unauthorized copying, modification, or resale is strictly prohibited.

10. Technical Support & Availability

  • • Technical support is available via email or ticketing during business hours.
  • • The Institute strives for uninterrupted services but does not guarantee availability at all times.
  • • The Institute is not responsible for service interruptions caused by internet failures, force majeure, or third-party providers.

11. Certification

  • • Certificates are issued upon successful course completion as per the Institute’s policy.
  • • Certificates may be digital or printed, as determined by the Institute.
  • • Recognition of certificates is subject to employer, institutional, or regulatory discretion; the Institute provides no guarantees.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

  • • The Institute collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  • • Data may be stored in India, UAE, or other jurisdictions where the Institute operates.
  • • While reasonable safeguards are used, the Institute cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • • Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
  • • The Institute does not warrant that courses will guarantee employment, promotions, or specific outcomes.

14. Limitation of Liability

  • • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • • In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific course.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • For UAE Students: Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
  • For Non-UAE Students: These Terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

16. Amendments

The Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
